Why We Do What We Do
At the heart of this work is a simple truth: everyone deserves a second chance. I started this journey because I saw how many people were struggling—not just with compliance, but with being heard, understood, and supported. Being a DOT-qualified SAP isn’t just about checking boxes; it’s about helping individuals rebuild their path with clarity, care, and accountability. Every evaluation, referral, and follow-up is an opportunity to help someone not only return to duty—but return stronger, with a clearer sense of purpose and potential.

Mission Statement
At C.L.E.A.R.S., our mission is to provide compassionate, judgment-free support to individuals navigating the DOT Clearinghouse process—empowering them to return to work with clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose.
Vision Statement
Our vision is to create a future where every individual facing a DOT violation is met with understanding, dignity, and unwavering support—transforming setbacks into opportunities for growth. We strive to lead with empathy and professionalism, ensuring that each person has the tools, guidance, and encouragement they need to successfully return to work and reach their full potential.
Clearing Lives through Evaluation, Assessment, Referral & Support
A commitment to helping individuals remove the barriers standing between them and a better future. Whether it's a setback related to employment, personal challenges, or compliance issues, our goal is to clear the path so each person can move forward with confidence and clarity.
This is the first step where we meet one-on-one to understand your situation, discuss the circumstances of your DOT violation, and begin building a personalized plan to meet compliance requirements.
In this stage, we take a deeper look at your needs—whether that involves substance use, behavioral patterns, or emotional challenges—to determine the right path forward for your personal and professional well-being.
If treatment or education is needed, we connect you with trusted, qualified programs that match your specific situation. Our referrals are always focused on helping you meet DOT standards while also supporting your overall growth.
Support doesn’t stop after your evaluation or referral. We’re with you throughout the process, offering follow-ups, guidance, and encouragement to ensure you meet all return-to-duty requirements and feel confident getting back to work.
Together, these steps form the foundation of C.L.E.A.R.S., helping individuals clear the path back to employment—and to a better version of themselves.
